5 NATURAL REMEDY FOR STRETCH MARKS

Stretch marks happen when your body changes shape rapidly due to growth or weight gain. They dont imply that anything is wrong with your health.
Both men and women can get stretch marks. Pregnancy and puberty are the two most common times in life to get stretch marks.
Getting rid of stretch marks in a completely natural way isn’t likely. They’re a type of scarring that rarely fades enough to become invisible. However, there are some remedies that can help minimize the appearance of stretch marks and help them to fade more quickly.

These home remedies include:

  1. SUGAR
    Rubbing a sugar scrub on the skin will exfoliate the area. To do this:
    Mix one cup sugar with 1/4 cup of a softening agent, like almond oil or coconut oil.
    Add some lemon juice.
    Scrub the mixture on the part of your body where the stretch marks are.
    Repeat several times a week while in the shower, making sure to rub the mixture on for 8-10 minutes.
  2. ALOE VERA
    Aloe vera is a natural healing agent and skin softener thus, this makes it an ideal natural remedy for stretch marks.
    To do this:
    Apply pure aloe vera gel from a plant to your stretch mark after taking a shower. Leave to dry for about 30minutes and rinse off with cold water.
  3. COCOA AND SHEA BUTTER
    Cocoa butter is a moisturizing effect on the skin. Shea butter is a natural emollient. Mixture of these two butters can considerable reduce the appearance of stretch marks on the body.
    To do this:
    Mix a considerable amount of the two butters together.
    Heat at a low temperature if necessary to melt them.
    Add vitamin E oil and mix well.
    Apply this on the affected area.
    Leave it overnight or wash if after 2-3hours.
    4.COCONUT OIL
    coconut oil is a skin moisturizer so you can apply it on the skin to keep your skin moisturized and help prevent or eliminate stretch marks.
    To do this:
    Get 1 teaspoon of virgin coconut oil.
    Massage the coconut oil onto the affected area for 5minutes.
    Leave it overnight or wash off after 2-3 hours.
  4. POTATO JUICE
    potato is widely used in home remedies and as masks to lighten the skin tone. So they can lighten stretch marks and reduce it’s appearance.
    To do this:
    Get a potato.
    Grate the potato and extract the juice.
    Apply the juice on the stretch marks.
    Let it dry.
    Wash it off and pat dry with a towel.
    Apply a moisturizer(coconut oil).

All home remedies discussed above should be performed at least 1-2 times daily for fast, efficient and effective result.
